NAME

bones2pdb - Make a PDB pseudo-coordinate file from a bones file

SYNOPSIS

bones2pdb BONESIN foo.bones XYZOUT bar.pdb

DESCRIPTION

The program bones2pdb is used to convert `bones atoms' generated by the Upssala bones program into a Brookhaven .pdb format coordinate file. This file might then be used with ncsmask to generate an averaging mask, or with sfall and mapmask to to generate a solvent envelope.

The unit cell parameters, used in making the .pdb file header.
