The software is free and is part of the EMBOSS distribution
Instructions to Start Using Jemboss

When you use Jemboss for the first time, you need to
ensure you have Java Web Start for this to work

Unix].
Click here if you are using a MacOS X.

Click here to LAUNCH
JEMBOSS
It will spend some time retrieving files from the local server.
Subsequent launches will then be much faster.
