\&\f(CW\*(C`pre_create_table\*(C'\fR. This method uses the PostgreSQL \f(CW\*(C`SERIAL\*(C'\fR type to perform
auto-increment and sets the \f(CW\*(C`sequence\*(C'\fR method since Class::DBI doesn't
properly handle PostgreSQL auto\-numbering.
