Features I'd like this client to have, or things that should be changed
and/or cleaned up.  Most of these items will probably never be removed
from this file because I feel I have better things to do.. sigh(?)

* check the validity of /option arguments

* clean the UGLY thing in sic_split() (e.g. rethink the parsing)

* server grouping for configuration and auto-reconnects.

* notify.

* customization of status bar.
* customization of key bindings.

* cache information to cut down client/server traffic (not that I care
  much about bandwidth, but it's faster, and doesn't slow you because of
  flood control, penalty...).

* (channel) mode parsing routine

* better compromise between hogging memory as it is done now, and use of /clear

* revamp DCC handling, use separate threads for file transfers.
