BUGS:

* lots of menu items and other things not implemented yet
* major memory leak by using libglade improperly (it's better now)
* message counts on folders don't get updated properly in folder tree
* to, bcc, cc addresses like "Scott Bender, MD" <sbender> don't work, the comma in the name is screwing up the parser
