The installation program for this program is simple: run "make" to compile
the C file into a qmail-remove binary, then run "make install" to install
the program in /usr/local/sbin.

Various options may be set by editing the Makefile.

You must create a directory named "yanked" in the qmail queue directory you
intend to use before using this program.
