There are 3 steps to configuring vQregister for your system.

                   ---------------------------------

First, read through vqregister.conf fully and make
changes where needed.

Second, if you have Verify on (See vqregister.conf),
be sure to edit vqregister.email to specify whatever
information your users need to use their account.

And third, edit any templates in the html directory.
