HTML FORM codes (from register.html):
  fname           Full name
  cemail          Current email address
  user            Requested username
  dom             Requested domain
  pass            Requested password (only with ALLOWPASSWORD)
  vpass		  Requested, verified, password (only with ALLOWPASSWORD)

  Register        Should always be in the HTML with a value of Register
                  It does not need to be the submit button, but this value
		  must be there for the registration to work.
