- Found out that adding and deleting phonenumbers won't work if 
  register_globals is disabled in php. Fixed callid, register-globals should
  be off anyways.

- Tuned the docs a little
  (e.g. forgot to mention the user/pass part in the call-logd script)

- Added this CHANGES file
