TODO for test framework

1.  should be able to specify email addresses for when your tests break
2.  way to read output of a program and determine whether it passes/fails.
3.  test methods for classes
4.  document how t do static object pre/post condition stuff.
5.  should run tests in both debug and nodebug versions (to check for nodebug
    failues).
