Things that need to be done, in decreasing order of urgency:

* Re-investigate TCP state issues regarding apply-to-all
* Allow dynamic filters, that adjust to the currently selected packet
  when you apply a filter! 

* Add timestamp-based filter
* Fix goto prev/next with same protocol for payload content --
  check for port numbers.

* For protocols that libnetdude knows but Netdude doesn't, display
the raw output as well (currently there's no tab that shows you
that the protocol is there in the first place).
