	added support for pidfile, specified using PIDFILE config option or
	-p|--pidfile command-line argument.  Fixed a network-client memory leak.
	Released as 0.3.1.

03/04/2003: frmb

	Added arbitrary trigger defining and got the exec stuff working.  Nothing
	will kill a process yet however.  Released as 0.3.0.

	Mostly working, made into distro at version 0.2.0.

	Hard Very Severe hackery + refactoring from version 0.1.0.  Decided to
	put it on the net publically too, now that it does networking and stuff.
