General Information
===================

This is Xlogmaster version 1.6.1. Xlogmaster is a program that
allows easy and flexible monitoring of everything that is going on on
your system - from reading logfiles over devices (/proc/...) to running
programs that gather status information in any way. It then allows you 
to set a lot of events based on certain activities in the monitored
entry and should prove very helpful for almost anyone.

How to report bugs
==================

To report a bug, send mail either to the xlogmaster mailinglist (see
above), or to xlogmaster-bugs@gnu.org.

The mail should include:

* The version of Xlogmaster

* The version of GTK+

* Information about your system. At least:

        - Which operating system and version
        - What version of X
 
  And anything else you think might be relevant.

* If it was a problem during the configuration also include

        - Information about the compiler
        - output of "configure" and "make"
        - output of "ls -lR" in the xlogmaster source directory
        - config.h and config.log

  And anything else that might help me track down the problem

* How to reproduce the bug

* If the bug crashed the Xlogmaster or what message you got

* Further information you can supply
