This is a test to see whether or not E<quot>specialE<quot> characters & (or
should the be E<amp>?) 'quotable' characters are escaped propery!

Aacute should be C1 - E<Aacute>

HEX E<0xBB>, should be E<amp>#xBB;
OCTAL E<075>, should be E<amp>#x3D;
DECIMAL E<181>, should be E<amp>#xB5;

But remember! < (or E<lt>) and > (or E<gt>) must be escaped! As E<amp>lt; and
E<amp>gt; respectively
